The plastic case containing the screws was broken due to the COMPLETE LACK of packaging around parcel to protect it, Unfortunately this seems to be common practise with BANGGOOD NOT to protect parcels!!! This is NOT the first time I have had this problem!! BANGGOOD PLEASE take note!!!
