When I plugged it into my 110V outlet with the adapter, the gun works! Pros: Packaging makes it easier to store and transport. Works with adapter for 110 outlets. Quality of construction is satisfactory. Has a booklet included describing safety and even has a warranty page. Claims to be be warrantied anyway. More than can be said compared to other product bought from China through Banggood. Cons: Still unsure if it's actually able to correct / even out the vertebrae as it claims. As I said I am no doctor. Chart included is only in Chinese! If it had at least English and Chinese, that would be super. The Booklet that describes the usage of the product doesn't detail what attachment are for what. No documentation about how to actually use the product. The attachments that you slide into the nozzle have a tendency to want to rotate when pressed to the area. It's just that the product claims to be very safe to use on the vertebrae and since some people buying this may not be medical professionals, it would be nice if they thought to detail with some diagrams about how to use it with the various attachments. This would instill more confidence when using the product by knowing that you are using it on the right points. That or a youtube video from Banggood showcasing this product.
