It came some 3 weeks after my order. It is a polycrystaline semi-flex pad solar panel with tge up to 15Watts output power. The other issue is an build in regulator which is working probably just on passive resistor or diode princip. I tested it with the 18Wh Acid lead AGM accu and it is working during a sunny day, it can fully recharge after some 18 hours of shine so at two days from zero capacity. It is useful for tent or caravan for recharge some accu to your mobile phone or other 12V DC devices.
