These LED's only draw 9W of AC power or 0.21A at 32.6VDC meaning actual power output is 6.85W. They do however have a 20W LED driver circuit. Banggood have been very good about this. I have some better quality LED chips on the way.Otherwise build quality is quite good.

The power LED is only 6,3w. 20w that is wrong. I measured: 0,21a and 30v. The nominal value and should be 33v 0.6A.

nice product, save me a lot of Money in energy, the only cons is came with 3 power wires with no indetification, as I will use with 127v two wires, we don't know what one is or - .also very fast delivery. if you have a área that needs a good ilumination during nite ,like front of store or Garden, that is the light.
