The item arrived in less than a week from an EU warehouse, and in perfect condition (very good packaging). So far it operates well; it produces an immediate, very strong ozone smell. The timer dial is a bit hard to adjust, but does its job. I bought the generator to deal with the molding problem in our house. So far I've used it in the cellar and the bedroom. Time will tell if the ozone treatment is effective or not.
