The 480 watt power consumption is the maximum, when the load is maximum (when the machine is working hard).
But you measured without load, of course you measured a little consumption.

ambvision @Judit78 Youare right, but i did not expect such a difference, I was expecting about half the power in a no-load situation. I will try to simulate a load and redo the measurements.

Vikusz User error! You measured the unload machine, but you have to measure te maximum loaded situation.
The 125 w no loaded consumption of a 480 w machine is absolutely normal result.
