Arrived intact. some of the bamboo sticks are less than straight. The clips are smaller than I expected, a little hard to use with rubber sleeve on, but hold well. If needed, I'd likely buy more.

Don't expect it to come assembled. You will need a pair of pliers to get the clip to hold the skewer sticks. Mine came with 1 extra stick.
