Base on Analog Devices ADF4351 PLL generator IC it is good substitute for much more expensive development board. You will need to program it over I2C bus from some 3.3V development board thou. There is plenty of Arduino UNO projects, but I suggest use of Arduino DUE or some other 3.3V-Ready boards.

tonyfer It's a SPI (3-wires) interface, not I2C.

JovanEps @PC317 I am using Arduino Due for controlling this generator. Board is not using I2C but SPI com. interface as 2nd illustration shows, so thx. to Tonyfer for pointing out misspell in review and suggested correction.
