hooked this up to an arduino DUE which operates at the 3.3v logical level. Programmed the frequency via an arduino sketch. I recommand https://github.com/JQIamo/ADF4350-arduino this addin librabry. for it to work connect data->MOSI and clock-> CLOCK ( both on SPI header). LE->SPI select PIn (you configure in the sketch) . Great value for what it does. you can also connect an more accurate clock ( but will need to desolder a resistor). See https://www.ntms.org/files/Apr2017/Arduino_Controlled_ADF4351.pdf. In short great.
