Not tested yet but looks and feels good. encoder have button function and pins are soldered to pcb but no tracks and no output pins on pcb. There's 5 pins, VCC, GND and A, B, C

the encoder looks OK. You can ffel the steps very well, and the encoder has also a push button function as described. Just installed , so i cannot comment if the unit last for long, but the quality looks good
