An excellent product easy to set up and use. Has had no problem coping with cutting branches. The only problem encountered was the reversible screwdriver handle split when inserting the screwdriver shaft into the handle ,the plastic handle is very thin walled and had insufficient strength for the use it was intended. However the charger was supplied with a 2 pin plug making it necessary to purchase an 3 pin adapter plug to use in the UK. The mini electric chain saw is very good value for money and would recommend it. With 2 batteries I had over 2 hours use.
