Use these on my Motorcycle ...Bright and a perfect replacement for regular bulbs. Just remember to change your flasher to get the correct flash rate

An 1157 should work in 2 different modes.. That's why they have two cathodes.. With these lamps only one cathode is actually active.. Which for me means they don't actually turn on... So this is bad product design

A BAY15D is a Lamp with two functions... the first function is for the backdrivelight (i dont know the right word in english) the second function is fpr the brakelight This thing here hasn't a secon function, but the contact for the second function is there... this lamp is designed like a BAY15D but it isn't !!!!!!!!!! Hallo... leider kann man die "1157 BAY15D 4 COB Car LED Brake Turn Signal Rear Light" nicht als Rücklicht/Bremslicht einsetzen. Nur einer der Kontakte funktioniert anscheinend. Ich habe sie eben in mein Auto rein gemacht, aber beim treten des Bremspedals wird sie nicht heller...

I installed them and when I tried to put the rear lights on then all the brakes light did got put on. May be the two positions are inverted inside the bulb? As a result I can't use them... Otherwise the light is OK
