The breadboard is fairly small, but works fine for simple circuits. Even complex circuits, as long as they are fairly compact. The voltage rating and other info was written on the box it came in. The board, while small is easy to work with as each rail is numbered the whole way down the board, making it very easy to ensure any components or jumpers inserted are in the proper rail. Perfect for a beginner to build small circuits, and learn how to connect components as well as what each component does. I purchased this for a friend and haven't had any complaints!
