I added a U-shaped $2 brass 1/2" fitting that took my downward pointed plumbing and turned it back upwards to enable being too tall to get under shower head. Was easily Able to remove screens from larger tube and place directly in shorter piece and shower head. Basically, with a little innovation you can make this shower head work in any batth setting. My wife is in love. There is a cheapness to it that makes you wonder upon receipt if it is going to work...Mostly plastic with a metal plating,
