very strong and very good quality. not only suitable for gopro but for any action cam or even a dslr or normal video cam. the grip is strong and yes you need to have a bit strong hands.

Erős, jó minőségű csipesz. Könnyen fel-le szerelhető flexibilis kar és eszköz rögzítő. A felxi kar kellően tart, és kiváálóan beállítható minden irányba. Én YI kamerához használom, de egy Sony NEX-et is raktam már rá.
