Works as specified, as a constant current source. I'm using it to power 3 LED tiles (see picture) disassembled from LED bulb. Each tile consists of 7 SMD 5730.

I bougth 2 units to try to fix a couple of 11W ceiling led lamps. They are 24 leds in series so 70 volts approx. Success. Brightness is as original. They are working for a month now. The new driver does not fit the case of the lamps so it let it external, but who cares. It works perfectly. You can see the strange setup in the picture. I ordered 6 more.
