Much nicer than the analog meter testers, works quickly and is accurate. Most of these won't do LiIon batteries, but this one will. Pretty much everything I have purchased with the ANENG name on it has been good.

Adapted from widely sold tester but also covers 4.2 Volt 18650 range. Don’t know how heavily it loads cell during test, though but gives quick indication of battery state.
