I have used it a few times. It doesn't clean the stains or dirt from plates or glasses or forks and spoons. I really don't understand how can it be so pricy and have all those positive reviews.

Solaire12345 I use Somat "All in 1 extra tablets" and with Eco program it did great job on coffee cups, forks, spoons, plates. I think detergent quality is important so try different types to find one which has the best washing/cost ratio. Don't use short program for dirty cutlery because 29 washing cycle is 12 min of washing and 17 min of rinsing (washing is not long enough for heavy dirt).
