Was after a better charger than one I had from GP. Very happy with the purchase batteries actually stay pretty cool during the charge charger stays cool as well (the GP one got very hot... the external PSU helps a lot with this). Since I can control the charge current this unit will add significant lifetime to my batteries. The display's are nice and clear you can also see the unit actually monitors every battery independent from the others. Very happy with the purchase.

This is a good little charger, I like that the power supply is not integrated into the charging base and is a separate unit which helps keep heat away from the batteries. Although advertised to charge the 14500 batteries it will not charge them, it will only charge 1.5 volt batteries.

As received I tried the charger that works well. It has many functions that allow you to charge and restore batteries. The only problem is the plug that is a US standard
