It's alright for the money and does the job, falls short in a few areas though. Arm is not very flexible; the mount is not designed to be frequently rotated (ie. portrait/landscape) or tilted, and the connecting piece appears to be made purely of plastic (which will probably be the first thing to break). It's also rather sensitive to wobble and desk movements at the end piece only - a big let down. Also a very minor inconvenience, but the instructions seem to be slightly incorrect near the end; the cable trays do not use screws as illustrated but pressure and slide clips.
