10? 5 of them with 2 bit heads each. Package can be used as storage; nice. In case you wonder threads at the end without magnetic ring are for; you can unscrew the magnetic ring and screw it on the other end when the head is worn out, :). Very nice. The magnetic is pretty strong. A great item.
