The torch I received is only on-off, i couldn't get the hi/low/strobe mode switching to work. Output is moderate, it draws 300mA from a 18650 battery, so roughly 1 Watt electrical power. Fit & finish is ok but it's worth noting there are no seals or waterproofing at all, so do not use this torch when cycling in the rain. The bike mount arrived with rusty screws as other reviewers noted, so probably not good for rainy climates. It fits nicely though i discarded the inner rubber gasket as it spread a horrible solvent smell I wouldn't want to breathe. I bought this torch for my bicycle to complement the dynamo lights (which are more for being seen) when I'm venturing out of the city. Since it doesn't rain a lot here, I'm confident it will do an ok job.
