I used this to adapt serial signals between 5V and 3.3V chips, as well as I2C signals. For I2C use the two outer channels marked TXI and TXO. Works as specified and very small. Pins come unsoldered - use them if you need them. For the price - it is excellent.

The leads were loose and needs to be soldered. I can't find that information anywhere in the description. On the picture they're already soldered on. That's misleading. Minus one star.

Bought this to convert voltages between 5v and 3.3v for ESP8266. As others have said, it's very small and comes with the pins unsoldered. Appears to work well and is great for compact work. I'm not very good at soldering, so it's a bit of a challenge for a noob, but it shouldn't be too demanding for a regular hobbyist. Thanks Banggood, as it all arrived well protected and was delivered quickly as ever.
