My kit was missing a resistor - you need to check carefully that all parts are there.There are NO instructions to assist with assembly, nor for operation. You will need to look elsewhere than Bangood to find details! As usual, with Banggood, il the components areof good quality and printed circuit nice, it's missing a wiring notice et user guide (cf set up missing). I think that it will be very usefull that we can access to a specific documentation for each DIY kit. Thanks

The parts, as expected, are pressed into static-generating polystyrene blocks, wrapped in static-generating polystyrene bags, but that is standard procedure, and has yet to harm anything I've purchased. The board does have a very clean layout of all the components. Only the capacitor and SIL resistor package that appear to be *underneath* the microcontroller leave some guesswork... Still definitely 5 stars for value-for-money, and I do enjoy a challenge, so I won't be too harsh!

Went together without any parts missing, construction was fairly simple as the component positions and values are silkscreened on the board. Only problem had with this kit was height of the 2x 470uf caps but if you slightly larger spacers for the display (banggood part No Product ID: 1054746) then they should raise it up enough). A worth-while addition for the workshop :) Merv
