AS shown , as described. Package arrived in original cardboard paper box. All items worked when turned on and off. Do not have the equipment to insure light quality or wave length so I can't comment on the effectiveness of the UV-C bulb on germs and infestations. Even so, I was very careful to follow the safety rules for the use of the bulb. Relatively quick shipping and decent tracking availability.

Overall I'm content with the lamp as it does look like a good quality product. The power consumption however is 30W and not 60W as advertised. I will be buying more
