Firstly it came with US plug while I need EU plug. When used it doesnt have enough power to clean little pieces of dirt of off glasses. I am underwhelmed by this product and I dissuaded my friend from purchasing it as I advise any person to not buy this. Its weak and its insulting to offer this kind of product for this price.
