I didn't want to do the hardware mod for a Crossfire set up on my Q X7, so figured I'd give this a try. Ships with the new hard plastic aerial (Not the 2.4ghz one) rather than the rubberised one, confirmed this with FrSky. Threw this on my quad and the range is amazing, now I'm limited by video range instead. Works even better once you throw an Immortal T on the R9Slim, the RSSI is much more stable. I only fly within about 1km for freestyle however its extremely rare I drop below 99% RSSI. Highly recommend it!

The R9M module and receiver are great if you have a Frsky Qx7 the range that you get is incredible.
