what a twit invents a high voltage (230V) light bulb with a G4 socket? Think of plugging a 12V bulb with G4 socket into a 230V lamp (I even don't know if these exist) Anyway I'll solder them somewhere untouchable into a lamp... "Value for price", "Quality" and "Appearance" are ok despite that they are unusable! ;-)

I bought these in error as I was looking for 12V only and didn't see the 220V part. But I have installed a few of them in cupboards. I first tried the lamp in the hall way. The light is grey-ish. It's not unpleasant and suitable enough to see but it's a strange light. I have white walls and the light just doesn't seem bright enough or quite right. I wouldn't want these anywhere else about the house other than transit areas like halls and corridors and in future would select another product.

The bulb is so much bigger than a regular g4 halogen it does not fit the lamp. The dimensions are visible on one of the pictures, however, so I guess I can blame myself for not checking. Still, I think it would be nice if there was a picture with comparison to a halogen bulb. I cannot even tell if they work, because they are to big for my lamp.

Construction is very solid. Enclosed in Silicon which makes it very strong and very safe. It looks top quality. The items received were DoA so I can not review their performance.

Temperature/color is not warm white, it is rather cold white, although I bought warm white and it is written warm white on box:(
