As you know, this is the latest microcontroller from Espressif, successor to the ESP8266 and with lots of new features e.g. Bluetooth. I installed this module in a development board (see photo - the product is just the small module at the centre of the photo). well built module and worked without any problems not the easyist to solder so make sure you have fine tip in your iron

It's good that for small batch production such module can be bought for reasonable price. If one is completed the SW with the devkit this is the next step and it's really recommended for high quality work.
