As ErnstC wrote in his review, run I2C scanner ( https://playground.arduino.cc/Main/I2cScanner ) Arduino sketch to find which address is correct, read it from Serial Monitor and put correct address in code line LiquidCrystal_I2C lcd(0x20,16,2). For Ernst and me, it was 0x3F. This address problem is not mentioned in https://www.dfrobot.com/wiki/index.php/I2C/TWI_LCD1602_Module_(Gadgeteer_Compatible)_(SKU:_DFR0063) (only 0x20 and 0x27 are mentioned) and caused me lot of trouble - I give only 4 stars for Quality. Hardware is good.
