The tester seems to work fine. I quickly tried a few components. However, it did not recognize 1 capacitor and 1 blue LED. But since it tested other blue LED's fine, it might have been a bad LED and cap that I tried to test. Also, my case arrived with a small crack. Nothing big, it was fixed with a drop of glue. Also it was on the backside, so it's not noticable. Pro: - Very handy, compact device - Cheap - Nice case Con: - The socket only fits legged components, so no SMD (unless you don't put it in a case). Also bigger components don't fit. But that's all normal for a tester in this size and for this price.
