Very nice quality and sharp as razor, the non stick surface is real with excellent quality and very useful, there is no water left on it! The santoku knife after some usage is no more sharp but its my fault because I cut with it on iron. I'll fix it with sharpening stones. Now the nagiri knife is still sharp as razor because I have used it correctly only on wooden cutting board and I have cut everything. Is really very useful for chopping vegetables and slicing everything!
