Nagyából 10 perc alatt felmelegedett, üzemkész. Kezdetben füstölt, de aztán ez elmúlt. Végeztem próba forrasztást. Nagyon jó minőségű termék. Ha lenne rajta kapcsoló még jobb lenne. Ajánlom a vételét. Remélem sokáig fog működni.

Have You experienced Your soldiering iron not being able to heat the working piece enough to melt the tin? Ordinary soldiering irons are smth like 80W, which is quite sufficient for smaller/thinner working pieces, but You will eventually run out of heat. What happens next, is You heat the tin, and let that drip onto the working piece. This gives a bad solder, which just might work, but usually not. Enter this 300W iron. Looking like an ancient thing, this is what You need. I remember my fathers old soldiering iron from the sixties and seventies, looking just like this, but with a wore-down and faded wooden handle. This is plastic-fantastic, and should last well. It takes quite some time to get this one up to heat, and first time it smells awful due to some paint/enamel being burned off, so use it first time outdoors. Of course, You should always work in a well ventilated area, but You will never do. But do it first time! It's a heavy club/hammer, so takes some effort to handle, so find a good, resting position for your hands and arms. As they say: The solders strength is highly correlated with Your fingers being burnt, so take care! Highly recommended!
