The rear suspension springs are too soft for towing. The lightest RC car I own is the Ripsaw, and it still pressed the deck against the wheel. Perhaps smaller passenger cars would fit the weight springs limit. The included winch doesn't have PWM controls, it's manual via a switch on the winch. You have to install the winch yourself, as it comes in a separate bag with four 1.5mm allen key screws. There's only one mounting location, which reduces the available space on the truck bed, so I mounted it as close to the cab as possible, using only three screws. It would be helpful to drill the holes even further out to mount it flush with the truck bed edge. To connect the winch, you need to remove the deck. This may be problematic for some people if you don't have a 1.5mm Allen key with a ball end, as four of the six screws are covered by the suspension arms. So if you don't have a ball-end wrench, you'll first need to disassemble the suspension to access the deck screws. The cab is mounted with four 2mm allen screws, easily accessible. The receiver has only one free channel, described in the manual as for lighting control, controlled by button A on the remote. Button A is useless for this winch. If you want to install a remote-controlled winch, you'll still need to buy a separate receiver and a remote control that allows you to control the winch's rotational direction. Button B on the remote controls the gear shift servo. There are two speeds: normal speed and a second speed where the truck behaves like a race car. The speed limiter on the remote seems to limit the speed to the same as first gear when second gear is engaged. The wheel chocks are also attached with allen screws and have a limited number of mounting locations, if you want to place them in a different place in the box you have to drill additional holes. For me imperial allen keys 5/64 nad 1/16 fitted better in this screws heads. The large truck fits WPL military models, the same scale.
