Tengo este artículo el 31.01.2020 Totalmente dañado porque estaba mal embalado, la electrónica no funcionaba. Inmediatamente hice una queja para la devolución del precio de compra pedido. En el correo de vuelta de su parte, se aseguró un rápido procesamiento. No he oído nada hasta hoy. Muy mal servicio, ya han pedido algunos en esta plataforma, pero ese fue el último. Uno es abandonado como cliente y permanece sentado sobre la mercancía dañada. Plataforma muy frívola.

Habe diesen Artikel am 31.01.2020 total beschädigt bekommen weil es schlecht verpackt war, die Elektronik hat nicht funktioniert. Habe sofort eine Reklamation gemachten um die Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises gebeten. Im Rückmail ihrerseits, wurde eine rasche Abwicklung Bearbeitung versichert. Habe bis heute nichts mehr gehört. Sehr schlechtes Service, habe schon einiges Bestellt auf dieser Plattform, aber das war das letztem. Man wird als Kund im Stichgelassen und bleibt auf der beschädigten Ware sitzen. Sehr unseriöse Plattform.

ksger as per photo comes without soldering t12 handle. banggood does not provide users manual . neither connection diagram of the connector on the front panel . tried to contact help support but kept asking me to supply a picture or a video. Banggood - although price is good - you should provide a diagram and instructions - not everybody is a super genius . I had to spend two days on the internet to research what is the correct wiring . thanks to you guys on you tube who provided a breakdown of a soldering handle i could then figure out what is what. Banggood please provide a user manual or a web link at least
