There was no remote control included with the helicopter. I have emailed customer service several times with no response. Very frustrated!!!

Banggood Dear friend, This product is absolutely without transmitter. This is a kind of BNF version helicopter, of course is not included the transmitter. ca999 BNF = bind and fly, you need to have transmitter because it doesnt include ont RTF = Ready to Fly, transmitter included. RTF is what you are looking for. Learn before you post.
