Finally I received the chucks to test the collets (ER32 19 pieces). When installing the collets I find out they are almost useless. As you can see in the pictures the slots in the head of the collets have sort of a step that doesn’t allow them to close in a precise way. I do not have a clue if I can fix this gross mistake

I ordered a mt2-er32 collet chuck holder and received the wrong item....I received a mt2-er32- m10 collet holder.i can not use this item.......... it is not usable in my milling machine...it has a mt2....................the mail was adequate I received it in 3 plus weeks...that is ok....
