The tube holding the camera module was detached from the main housing (see pics). Not a problem for me since a dab of glue at the four corners (with a glue gun) essentially holds the assembly together. Of course, the product works and without any hitch upon power on. As with the other buyers I found the micro usb plug powering the unit a bit hard to insert but again, a little diy solves the problem. All in all, satisfied with my purchase BUT, Mustool must solve the quality control problem of the cam tube detaching from the housing and, the design problem of the micro usb receiver location (too close to the back of the housing- though a very simple solution to that would be to ship a usb cable with a much thinner housing).
