The IF output is very low (mv) and the output freg. changes (30 ~ 300 Hz) depending on what is sensed by movement in front of the sensor. You can't tell much by just using a voltmeter on the output, a scope shows more of what's is really going on. There are Youtube videos that show how to use this sensor...

I have only tested three but they all worked as expected. It seems to be the same sensor which you can find in many automatic doors and such. I am really happy with these, have added them to a robot and to turn on/off lights when entering/exiting a room.

This sensor is applied in many radar products on the market. Needs amplification circuit that can be found all over the internet when googeling on HB100. The application note found at https://github.com/10to7/X-BandMotionDetector/tree/master/Reference is very helpfull.
