I bought this to replace an "old skool" PSU which was much larger and heavier than this unit. This unit is small, light and works very well indeed. It came with a US IEC cable and plug but I have lots of UK cables so not a problem. Observation 1: When setting the voltage with no load you need to wait for a second or so for the voltage to settle. Clearly there is quite a large reservoir capacitor inside. Observation 2: The settings knobs are quite fiddly (aka small diameter) so you really do need the coarse and fine knobs to set the voltage accurately. The good news is the settings are remembered after power off. The regulation is very good and the constant current mode is great for charging LiPo batteries. All in all a good value power supply.
