I had a few issues at first I am in Australia and there were no compatible power adapters so I bought the UE one with the intention of using a power bank and the voltage is 110/240 for the adapter I tried it did not work but then I tried another adapter for an iphone it worked I tried a power bank and when I plugged it in to the power bank I got errors I ended up plugging it into a laptop where it works perfectly It does work good and I plan on trying out another power bank but so far it does not work using the power bank I have but its advertised to work with one This is my First pen I have ordered another different brand to try it out I really like this it is better than I thought it would be but not sure if it is better than the others
