With nearly 70 years, my eyes are not anymore as good as they had been. At the dentist and in movies you see the doctors working with magnifying glasses with a good working distance. I doesn't expect the same optical quality, as I ordered this product, as for soldering electronics, I don't need it. The problem is, the the focal distance is about 6 cm. Will you working with a 300 degree Celsius hot iron about 4 cm away from your nose? The value of this product is equal of trowing the money out of the window.
