I purchased this gearbox with the intent to install it on a WPL C14. Installation is possible with a few modifications that most hobbyists should be able to complete. The driving performance after installation is great! Faster that the most recent 180 motor WPL transmission but also has more torque. Fine throttle control is excellent for precision rock crawling using the WPL gen 2 esc/receiver. Battery life was also very good which was surprising because the 260 motor is much larger. This is stock replacement for the MN 90,96,99 etc. The gearbox was a bit noisy for the first few minutes but became smoother and much quieter after about 20 min of driving. 55mm driveshafts (collapsed size) and the MN gearbox ''shell" are needed for install on WPL trucks.
