The first SQ11 camera I received would not record. The video files were corrupted. Banggood gave me partial credit with points. I really wanted this camera so I ordered another SQ11. This one is defective too! It will not go into 1080 mode. It only records at 720 and takes photos. The quality control on these cameras must be nonexistent or I have the worst luck of all of Banggood's customers. I feel entitled to a full refund for both defective cameras.
