Yes,I quite agree. Pretty much exactly the same thing happened with mine - the little black winglets/stabilisers were both flattened onto the wing, and the vertical stabiliser was flattened onto the horizonal stabiliser. Also the rudder had fallen right off because the two tiny pins that hold the actuator magnet had parted company with the coil.
I did manage to fix it with a little UHU Por glue, and by pouring boiling water VERY CAREFULLY onto the tail, and by popping the actuator pins back in place. Then I went flying - it flies as advertised, not at all bad, but I doubt anyone without prior RC flying experience could fly it. It's pretty twitchy. The actuators have no proportionality - it's either full right or full left or nothing. You achieve turns by repeated taps on the button, according to how tight you want the turn to be.
