I just received tool in a cardbard box with no damage BUT charger has UE connector and here it is US. Although it includes an adapter so it can be plugged to wall it blinks and, on measuring voltage output it oscilates 6/9 V! So no way it can charge batteries that are 18V. It reads "AC100 - 240V input - DC21V output" so it is damaged. Will ask for replacement.
