Am very disappointed that the power cable is so short, and didn't come with an American 120 volt AC adaptor . I had to purchase a longer extension cable, so I can use this devise at least 10 ft. away from any ac plug outlet (had to buy an ac power adaptor as well). Also disappointed this unit didn't come with a fairly long "male to male" cable, so the USB port can be connected at quite a distance away for any computer for audio connection. Should have also come with record hook-up cables that would plug into any computer audio input, (whether it be by USB, or by 1/8th male stereo)jack as well. I see it as sort of in-complete, regarding proper cable hook-ups. Devise should be able to be hooked right up, right out of the box. I haven't tried the unit out yet, for what I need it to do, but we'll check that out soon enough. Hope it works decently.
