I loved the design of this product and it complimented my bathroom decor for the TWO weeks that it worked!! It stopped dispensing soap after two weeks. The motor still ran and it was fully charged and there appeared to be no blockage in the soap channel, but it would not give any soap! Also the amounts that it dispensed for the two weeks got less and less as the days passed. Also, all the instructions were in Chinese. Luckily I still had the ad for it and used it to set it up. I want to return this and get my money back. I would still like another the same because the back plate is now glued to my wall and would damage the drywall if I removed it.
