Came in quite late due to delayed delivery thanks to the stupid virus. It was packaged in a bubble wrap and cardboard box. Luckily no damage. The product is quite good and does what is advertised. I plan to build a DIY bench power supply with this and an old laptop power adapter. I found a 3D print design for a case here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4199584. But I need something bigger so will probably have to modify it. Some minor things I wished it had were: 1. A dedicated +/- switch to adjust voltage. Right now you need to go into SET menu and change the voltage. 2. A better harness between the power board and the display board. Right now its just being held by header connectors. 3. It should have had an option for firmware upgrade as I am sure there may be bug fixes or enhancements done to it.
