excellent product and good pachaging . but my order took longer than expected . the shipping company DHL in algeria are not professional and have no respect for the clients and their client service number (+21321230101) is always occupied or not answering . i called them for serveral days many times . plus they hold my package for for 10 days for no reason from 02/november/2020 to 12/november/2020 . then they finally sent my package after a lot of emails and compliants . algerian DHL service is bad

very nice phone, but everything is in Chinese, even when you pick language to be English it changes the apps to English but when you click on them to open it is all Chinese, I would like some help in getting this resolve. Liz-NH USA

Phone it's fine, I had some problems with the chinese Words in the apps, but now after the google update everything it's fine
